use a medium that you haven’t before and just play a little with how it feels on the page and then make patterns and scribble mindlessly
grab a mirror and draw a part of yourself or a view of yourself that you have not tried before
pull things out of your fridge or pantry and make a little still life for yourself
think of your favorite place and paint/draw/sketch it from memory
