Book Review: Princess Princess Ever After by K. O’Neill

April 26, 2024

K. O’Neill has to be one of my favorite illustrators right now, and they truly know how to make a magical world and lovely story.

My only complaint about this book is that I wish it was longer. It was beautiful and whimsical and romantic, but I wish I had more time with the characters. Honestly, this storyline could have been a whole series, and I would have gobbled up every one of them, but it was quite short.

The story is about a young princess named Sadie who is trapped in a tower and gets rescued by a young princess named Amira who rides in on a pink unicorn named Celeste. They are instant friends and are able to overcome obstacles and expectations together.

This book is about the beauty in finding oneself and I definitely suggest it.
